This Raspberry banana baked oatmeal is the perfect breakfast filled with wholesome ingredients. There are  oats, almonds, bananas, raspberries, and more to fuel your day and keep you energized.  This is a perfect wholesome and filling breakfast the whole family will enjoy.

Adjust Servings
1/2 Banana
1/2Cup Oats
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/3Cup Almond Milk No Sugar
1Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1Tablespoon Almond Butter I use homemade
3/4Cup Fresh Raspberries
1/4Teaspoon Cinnamon
Optional
Greek Yogurt

Directions

1.

Preheat the oven to 370 degrees and grease a baking dish (16oz) with non-stick spray.
Mark as complete
2.

Place all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix except for the raspberries. Mix until smooth.
Mark as complete
3.

Pour the batter into your baking dish and add the raspberries. Stir in half the amount and place the other half on top.
Mark as complete
4.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

5.

Optional

Top with Greek yogurt and extra raspberries.
